Nvidia Introduces Grace Hopper Superchip for Seamless AI Model Scaling

Nvidia unveils Grace Hopper Superchip configuration with enhanced high-bandwidth memory, aimed at powering larger AI models for generative applications like ChatGPT. This design combines an Nvidia central processor with an H100 GPU, allowing models to run on a single GPU without performance degradation. The GH200 configuration, offering increased GPU performance, will be available in Q2 2024. Nvidia offers options of two chips for integration or a server system with two Grace Hopper designs.
